UPMA Group, partner of European Wax Center, is hiring a Sales Associate at our Fort Worth center. You’ll be the first face our guests see, educate them on our proprietary products, and drive sales in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role offers a base pay of $12/hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with opportunities for growth into leadership tracks. Shifts include mornings and evenings, with at least one weekend day each week; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle by educating guests on proprietary products and selling Wax Passes.
• Create a welcoming guest experience as the 'Director of First Impressions'.
