This is your opportunity to work at the frontlines of sales. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business, supporting customers, and building processes that scale.

As a core member of our sales team, you'll collaborate directly with the founders of Sendent. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a startup environment where your contributions have real impact and visibility.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities (new and expansion)
  • Build relationships with potential clients through discovery, empathy, and active listening
  • Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to align solutions with real-world customer pain points
  • Optimize sales processes using modern and privacy-first tools (CRM, automations, AI, etc.)
  • Bring structure and make things better every day
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Core Competencies

  • Proactive & Independent: You take ownership, run with ideas, and aren’t afraid to improve processes and actively drive deals forward.
  • Empathetic Listener: You understand customers deeply, especially those in technical roles.
  • Eager & Tech-Savvy: You’re quick to grasp technology, and skilled at communicating its value to others.

Must-Haves

  • Fluent in English and German (Dutch or other EU language is a plus)
  • Based in NL
  • Tech savvy, self-driven, and highly accountable
  • Strong communicator and team player with customer-first mindset

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM/digital sales tools
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and startups
  • Knowledge of privacy-first tech or automation
