Job summary

Year Up United offers a one-year (or shorter) intensive training program for young adults. Participants receive classroom skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching. An educational stipend accompanies the internship.

The internship is with BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. Eligibility includes graduating high school or GED, legal work status in the U.S., and Monday–Friday availability throughout the program. A Bachelor’s degree is not required.

• Available Monday through Friday for the duration of the program.
• Bachelor's degree not required for participation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year (or shorter) intensive training program with an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.
• Develop technical and professional skills through classroom learning and hands-on projects during the internship.

Job description

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend.

The program consists of training in technical and professional skills, followed by an internship with a top company. Your internship will be at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Are you eligible?

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor?s degree
