Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners/guests with memorable experiences and events. You will answer questions, recommend options, and follow up on referrals to drive business opportunities in a dynamic vacation ownership environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience and may need a real estate license where required by law. Flexible scheduling including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience is preferred.
• Incumbent must maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Position may require background and drug screening as required by state and local laws.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities.
• Make recommendations based on background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform about upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities

Requirements
