Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Agent Trainee in Utah to begin a career in insurance sales. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to property, casualty, life, and health products while building your client portfolio.

You’ll work under experienced agents, learn quoting, licensing requirements, and sales techniques, and have opportunities for advancement as you grow your professional skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain or currently hold an Property & Casualty license; Life & Health licenses supported.
• Outgoing, confident demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo credit and background checks as part of hiring.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes, pricing, and product information to clients.
• Meet or exceed new business sales goals through leads, networking, and marketing.
