Belk in Aiken, SC seeks a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise, making recommendations, and processing transactions in an hourly role.

You will help maintain store presentation, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other tasks.
