Job summary

melin is seeking a Sales Expert to deliver premium hospitality and build lifelong relationships with guests in our Lahaina store. You will open, set up for operations, manage cash drawer, and support daily revenue with strong product knowledge and a team-first attitude.

A one-time sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 months, plus benefits including gift programs, brand discounts, and 401k eligibility, accompany a role offering PT (<29hrs/wk) or FT (>32hrs/wk) with weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in sales and merchandising with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Strong communication; tailor style to audience.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Preferred knowledge in action sports, golf, running, and outdoors.
• Experience with POS systems, specifically Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build immediate rapport.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and communicate selections.
• Open/close store and reconcile tills with supervisor approval.
• Restock, back-of-house duties, and daily store maintenance.
• Deliver premium guest experience and train others as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
