Motus Freight is seeking an experienced Freight Broker/Market Advisor with 3+ years of sales experience to identify opportunities, prospect, and convert leads into active sales. You will develop a book of business in a team environment with cradle-to-grave responsibilities.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 with uncapped commissions and benefits including medical, dental and vision, and 401K match. Remote candidates within Lexington, Louisville, Dayton (OH), and Columbus are welcome.

Formación

• 3+ years of freight sales or brokerage experience.
• Proven ability to identify prospects and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Cradle-to-grave sales experience preferred.

The primarily role of the Market Advisor is to identify opportunities for new business through continuous prospecting with the ability to convert leads into active sales. Market Advisors Develop a book of business working within a team atmosphere. We pay for talent. Cradle-to-grave experience required.
