The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) within our Legal, Small Law segment is responsible for leading a team of Sales Executive Partners (SEP) focused on Westlaw, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and customer retention. This team covers open SE Territories and provides overlay support for Regions.
The RSM is accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually, and increasing market share within the region. The RSM ensures the sales team is trained, motivated, and coached to effectively cover all assigned accounts and territories.

In the US, the total compensation range is $199,500 - $370,500, including base pay and incentives, depending on experience and location.
