The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) within our Legal, Small Law segment is responsible for leading a team of Sales Executive Partners (SEP) focused on Westlaw, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and customer retention. This team covers open SE Territories and provides overlay support for Regions.
The RSM is accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and increasing market share within an assigned region. They ensure the sales team is well-trained, motivated, and coached to effectively cover all assigned accounts and territories.
