Responsibilities

1. Managing and progressing sales opportunities through the pipeline
2. Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
3. Closing deals and driving revenue growth
4. Leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance
5. Adhering to a structured sales process and following the company’s established playbook

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales
2. Work authorization in the United States (required)
3. Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
5. Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing deals through a structured process
6. Ability to handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and demo presentations
7. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
8. Comfortable working within a structured sales playbook and process-driven environment
