Job Description: Sales Representative - FBO & Airport Solutions

Our World Fuel Services FBO & Airport Solution Sales Team (FASST) works closely with airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), providing quality service and promoting all FBO partners and WFS aviation products.

We aim to offer competitive pricing to our global aircraft operators at all WFS airport and FBO-partnered locations within the United States.

Must Reside in Coverage Area:

Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a multi-state territory in the Western U.S., including existing FBO Partners and new airport opportunities, maximizing profit.
  • Ensure WFS Contract Fuel, Retail & Rewards cards are industry leaders.
  • Strive to make World Fuel the leading Contract Fuel Partner with FBOs and Major Networks within the U.S.
  • Research and negotiate WFS pricing to remain competitive at every FBO.
  • Connect with FBOs to identify growth opportunities in Contract Fuel, AVCARD, and Rewards programs.
  • Develop and optimize the WFS FBO network and products/services.
  • Coordinate with the Bulk Sales Division to enhance bulk value propositions through WFS product optimization.
  • Maintain professionalism in stressful situations and negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Perform prospecting and cold calling to discover new airport opportunities and introduce WFS offerings.
Job Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
  • Ability to analyze data and seek opportunities.
  • People-oriented with comfort in public speaking and customer presentations.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, focusing on win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and video/conference calls.
  • Reside in or near the Western United States.
Experience:
  • Extensive background in aviation, working with business and general aviation clients.
  • Sales experience is required.
  • Charter Sales and/or FBO experience is a plus.
Education:
  • Associate degree or higher.
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
  • Remote work in the Northwest U.S.: Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Alaska.
  • Travel within the U.S., including industry trade shows.
  • Availability to travel at least 1 week per month, up to 2 weeks.
