As a Sales Executive, you'll lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. Your role involves guiding your team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication with clients, prospects, internal support partners, and your team. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. Work within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach goals using planned resources.
  • Lead Your Team. Provide direction, motivation, and support in your territory. Ensure all Sales Associates utilize Salesforce and implement compliance audits.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, motivate, and develop your team, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Represent ADP. Be active in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying current on ADP products.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven sales experience (2+ years), with strong client interaction and presentation skills.
  • People skills: ability to build relationships, motivate, and coach.
  • Integrity: living by and delivering on promises.
  • Planning skills: excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

College degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience includes:

  • Two+ years of B2B sales or sales management with a successful track record, OR
  • Military experience, valued for discipline, commitment, and problem-solving skills.
