We are seeking motivated individuals interested in a rewarding career in insurance with high earning potential and growth opportunities.

Our agency specializes in protecting families with various insurance products, including life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and more.

First-time agents can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, even without prior sales experience, thanks to our proven sales and lead system that eliminates cold calling.

Ideal candidates possess a growth mindset, resilience, positivity, self-motivation, coachability, a strong work ethic, and alignment with our core values. We prefer individuals who are committed to investing in their growth rather than seeking a fixed salary or trading time for money.

Requirements include a laptop/computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, a smartphone, and an insurance license (assistance available if needed).

This is a 100% commission-based role, with additional incentives such as up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expenses-paid trip valued at $8,000 based on sales within the first 90 days.
