We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to own a $20M+ annual quota for Microsoft’s AI and data portfolio, including Dynamics 365, Copilot, Azure AI, AI ERP, and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders to align advanced AI capabilities with enterprise digital transformation strategies, with a strong focus on responsible AI and robust data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by selling Microsoft’s AI and data solutions (Dynamics 365 ERP, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Synapse, and Responsible AI frameworks).
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, leveraging industry events, partner networks, and executive relationships.
- Drive new net sales through a variety of self-initiated outbound lead generation activities, i.e. calls, emails, campaigns, and events.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft account managers and solution specialists.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from triage to discovery to proposal.
- Help expand our footprint across Microsoft’s mid-tier and enterprise clients.
- Be supported by high-quality delivery teams, industry-leading IP, and a fast turnaround proposal process
Solution Consulting
- Design and present end-to-end AI and data solutions, demonstrating how Dynamics 365 integrates with Copilot to automate CRM workflows or how Azure AI enhances ERP analytics.
- Effectively position Responsible AI tools to address compliance and ethical requirements, especially in regulated industries.
- Highlight Master Data Management capabilities to unify data silos and improve AI-driven decision-making.
Client Engagement
- Lead discovery workshops to assess client AI and data maturity, identify pain points in legacy systems, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present clear ROI models, quantifying business value from AI-driven process automation and data quality improvements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to develop proofs-of-concept (e.g., Copilot-driven sales forecasting integrated with Power BI).
- Partner with Microsoft engineering and delivery teams to customize AI ERP solutions for complex business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency
- Dynamics 365 ERP: 7+ years of experience selling or implementing ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Copilot for Sales: Demonstrated ability to showcase AI-driven CRM automation and analytics.
- Gen AI & Responsible AI: Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Master Data Management: Experience positioning MDM as critical for AI and analytics success.
- Proven experience managing a consultative sales process and navigating enterprise buying cycles
- Previous experience working with Microsoft account teams and turning alignment into deals
Sales Acumen
- Proven record of closing $1M+ deals in cloud, AI, or data solutions.
- Expertise in complex sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
