Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Vancouver, WA client to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis, working onsite at their office. This is a B2B organization in the world of construction and building services with an environmental focus, so your work in developing new opportunity also has a positive impact. This is a true, outbound sales role with an emphasis on building a fresh book of business. You will be responsible for conducting market research that enables you to make impactful outbound calls and other outreach to a wide variety of target clients. There are no territories in this team - you can sell across the US! To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a deep comfort in an outbound sales environment, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation includes base, quarterly bonus and commissions. Base salary starts at $50,000, but likely incentives and commission will put you comfortable at $120,000 to $140,000 in your first calendar year. Earnings are completely uncapped, and are not exclusively tied to closed deals. You will:

• Conduct outbound outreach, primarily via phone, to researched, prospective customers and contacts that align with company and project goals
• Research points of contact and organizations that are likely buyers, crafting targeted, strategic call and outreach plans
• Guide prospective customers through product and service education to identify opportunities, provide education and maximize
• Manage accounts and develop long-term, repeat business opportunities through relationships

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience and a deep comfort in outbound, call-heavy sales environments
• In-depth understanding of CRMs and sales research tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) to craft strategic client target lists and call plans
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to provide product and service expertise that builds confidence with prospective clients
• Comfort and experience in a KPI driven environment
