Express Family Logistics is looking for motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in the fast-paced transportation and logistics industry.

No logistics experience required.

Instead of hiring you into one specific career path on day one, we'll teach you how the business works from the ground up. You'll gain hands‑on exposure to the different sides of logistics, including operations, customer service, account management, brokerage, and sales.

As you develop, we'll work with you to identify where your strengths fit best and help you grow into a long-term role within Express.

What You'll Learn

You'll build a strong foundation in transportation and third-party logistics, including:

• How freight moves from pickup to delivery
• FTL, expedite, and other transportation services
• Shipment tracking and customer communication
• Freight quoting, pricing, and margins
• Carrier and driver communication
• Customer service and problem solving
• Account management and relationship building
• Sales, prospecting, and business development
• Using logistics and sales technology
• How operations, sales, and customer service work together

You'll also gain real‑world experience working alongside our operations, account management, brokerage, and sales teams.

Compensation & Growth: $40,000–$50,000 starting base salary, with opportunities for increased earning potential, commission, and career advancement into sales, account management, operations, or other specialized roles upon successful completion of the training program.
