Park Evaluations is a leading business immigration services firm focused on providing global corporations and law firms with the tools, guidance, and support needed to navigate a range of U.S. immigration processes and applications.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Executive to join our business development team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships. This role will be responsible for overseeing key client partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success and improvement of our small, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, collaborative, high-energy, and low-ego team player. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference in the trajectory of the overall company by collaborating with leadership and contributing to the development and maintenance of strong sales and account management processes and strategies.

For candidates in the Greater Philadelphia area: This Sales Executive will be required to work from our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA 1-2 days per week.

For candidates NOT in the Greater Philadelphia area: Remote work is an option with the understanding that there will be a requirement to travel to our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA (1-2 days per month depending on travel distance).

Working hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts to drive revenue growth through multiple outreach strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to recommend innovative solutions and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively position them with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for high-priority client concerns, ensuring resolution and continued trust.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish best practices and scalable processes to optimize account management workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to utilize data and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to guide and support junior members of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay informed on market trends. Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences (travel expectations: 30% - 40% of the time).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior account management, sales, or business development role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention through strategic account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software and sales performance tools.
  • High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive change.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is a plus.
