Sales Executive – Architectural Signage (Remote, Southeastern U.S.):

Location: Remote within the Southeastern United States

Preferred Areas: Coastal area of NC/SC/GA, Washington, DC Metro Area, or Nashville, TN

States Considered: DC, MD, VA, NC, SC, TN, GA, FL, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

About the Role:

Firebird Sign Company is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to grow our business across the Southeastern U.S. This remote position is focused on identifying and closing custom signage projects in key markets. You’ll work directly with developers, architects, general contractors, and end-users to bring compelling visual branding and architectural signage to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business across our core verticals: healthcare, senior living, education, multi-family housing, corporate, hospitality, and more
  • Build strong relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and designers
  • Manage your pipeline in Pipedrive CRM and collaborate internally via SquareCoil ERP
  • Regularly travel to job sites, walkthroughs, and client meetings
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and new market opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience (signage, printing, construction, or architecture preferred)
  • A “hunter” mindset — you enjoy outreach, relationship-building, and winning new work
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
  • Proficient with Pipedrive (or similar CRM) and tools like Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent industry experience is welcome
