A leading company in asset protection solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and manage customer relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, collaborating with teams, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of customer needs in various sectors. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from a branch office, with travel required within the US and Canada.
The primary goal of the Sales Executive is to create and close new business opportunities. This requires managing all aspects of a customer relationship, collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Director, SMEs, Operations), and meeting or exceeding annual quotas aligned with organizational objectives.

Plan, lead, and generate sales for MISTRAS Group, North American Services (NAS).
Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver profitable growth and meet revenue targets.
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling, while researching new opportunities.
Partner with customers to understand their needs, report KPIs to management, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
Collaborate with sales teams, SMEs, and operations to close opportunities and execute sales strategies.
Communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including C-suite, and leverage broad customer site reach.
Identify new market opportunities outside traditional sectors like Oil & Gas.
Promote teamwork by passing on opportunities outside one's immediate responsibility or industry.
Sell value and understand opportunity costs to maximize profitability.
Leverage industry knowledge to understand complex customer requirements on both business and technical levels.
Ensure timely submission of sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data.
Produce and submit written proposals to pursue business.
Adhere to Deal Desk & Contract Management procedures.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and represent MISTRAS at industry events.
Negotiate and close deals.
Physical Demands / Work Ethic
Travel within US and Canada (50-75%), with occasional international travel.
Perform keying, typing, sitting, and standing tasks with constant alertness.
Work in a comfortable environment, with potential to visit customer facilities and wear safety equipment.
Work remotely or from a branch office.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or Engineering.
5+ years in sales, account management, or related field.
Proven success in penetrating new accounts and executing initiatives.
Deep understanding of asset protection solutions, especially NDT/NDE.
Broad business and technical knowledge.
Ability to adapt strategies quickly.
Strong process, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Zoho / IFS).
Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to end users, operators, engineers, etc.
Valid driver’s license.
