Job Summary

The Sales Account Executive fosters and enhances relationships with key large customers while developing new business partnerships for the sales team. This role involves working with established relationships in the LATAM and US markets to cultivate and expand business opportunities. The Sales Account Executive is tasked with meeting sales targets and setting strategic objectives for accounts. They present the full spectrum of company solutions, products, and services to designated customers while guiding the customer account planning cycle to meet the customers' needs and the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Own the Entire sales process.
  • Coordinate strategy with the rest of the affiliates.
  • Maintain and be the face of the Organization in front of the customers in the HQ.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the Telecom field preferred

Work Experience

  • 8-10 Years of Sales (Account Executive) experience in the telecommunication industry or related industries, and at the Enterprise level
  • Experience in the whole sales cycle process: Prospecting, setting meetings, follow-up, closing, etc.

Skills Required

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills,
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Language Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing and proofreading.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
