Fireline Sprinkler is a rapidly growing fire protection company expanding our footprint with a new office in Charleston, South Carolina. Our mission is to provide top-tier fire sprinkler systems and services that protect lives and property. We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team remotely, ideally based in Georgia to help grow our presence in the Southeast market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads within assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess fire protection needs and propose appropriate fire sprinkler system solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to provide ongoing support and promote additional services.
  • Stay informed about industry codes, local fire regulations, and NFPA standards relevant to sprinkler systems.
  • Track and document all sales activities, leads, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning and revenue goals.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and others as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and professional associations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire protection, mechanical contracting, or construction industries.
  • Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and applicable building codes is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
