One of our US Partners is searching for a Sales Executive!

Do you have strong mentoring skills and enjoy leading a team to success? Do you have experience in the building industry? If you thrive in managing day-to-day operations, personnel, and workflow and are seeking a generous and open-minded company, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

Reporting to the VP of Retail Sales, the Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the Partner’s Owners, Upper Management, and other Managers. You will play a key role in driving growth, improving profitability, and ensuring the consistency of their division in Connecticut by maintaining their operating procedures. As the Sales Executive, you will be a crucial member of the Corporate Team.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Oversee the daily management of facility operations, staff, and workflow.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and participate in quarterly meetings with the main office.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with the Retail Operations Manager.
  • Prepare estimates and provide quotes for private, municipal, negotiated, and competitive projects.
  • Seek out and establish relationships with new architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Engage with current architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct sales directly to homeowners.
  • Create and implement retail marketing strategies to enhance market presence and increase market share.
  • Develop and expand the business for maintenance and repair services.

  • Work Shift: Monday to Fridays, Flexible Day Hours
