Flooring Foundation Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team in New Jersey. This hands-on role focuses on developing new business, growing client relationships, and managing commercial flooring opportunities from lead through project completion.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and self-starting, with experience in outside sales, estimating, or project-based business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or project-based business development.
• Experience in estimating or takeoffs.
• Commercial flooring or construction experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with clients, GCs, architects and facility teams.
• Prepare takeoffs, estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate projects with Operations, Purchasing and Administration teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline and drive profitable sales growth.

Flooring Foundation is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on developing new business, growing client relationships, and managing commercial flooring opportunities from initial lead through project completion.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, organized self-starter with experience in outside sales, estimating, or project-based business development. Commercial flooring or construction experience is strongly preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and grow commercial accounts
• Build relationships with clients, GCs, architects and facility teams
• Prepare takeoffs, estimates and proposals
• Coordinate projects with our Operations, Purchasing and Administration teams
• Maintain an active pipeline and drive profitable sales growth
