WonderWorks Myrtle Beach is seeking a Sales Coordinator to help create memorable experiences for guests. You will support group bookings, host birthday parties, and assist with marketing initiatives to promote attractions.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. A dynamic team and a fun work environment await in Myrtle Beach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office preferred.
• Sales or guest services in themed entertainment preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales management with new contracts, group bookings, and host arrivals.
• Act as liaison between sales and operations on-site during events.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies for identified niche markets.
• Answer calls and emails with information for interested callers.
• Make frequent calls to prospective guests.
• Maintain databases of contacts and client files.
• Coordinate sales literature and fulfillment tasks.
• Attend local events to promote the business.
• Book onsite birthday parties and host on weekends when needed.
• Participate in virtual meetings and other duties as assigned.
