Hilton is seeking a Sales Event Manager to generate and manage group sales, delivering memorable experiences that elevate guest stays. You’ll lead end-to-end sales, coordinate bookings, and develop targeted strategies to maximize revenue across market segments.

You will supervise the team, nurture key accounts, and drive profitability while maintaining Hilton’s renowned hospitality standards and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing accounts to grow revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Coordinate room, F&B, and meeting space details and enter data in the sales system.
• Supervise and coach team members to maintain a positive, productive environment.
