Responsibilities


* Maintain organized records of historical estimates, vendor pricing, and bid results for future reference.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks during the estimation phase.
* Deliver formal bid presentations and support clients in understanding proposed solutions and pricing.
* Track bid outcomes and identify patterns or trends to improve win rates and pricing accuracy.
* Provide feedback to leadership on market shifts, demand cycles, and client buying behaviors.



Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 8+ years of experience in a related role
* Must understand commercial roofing systems
* 8+ years' of construction experience preferred

Based on experience the compensation range is $100-$150k.
