Wanted: Sales Individual

The Glass Guru of Meadowlands is scheduling interviews now for a Sales individual in East Rutherford, NJ, USA. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position.

The compensation will start at $25-$45/hour based on work experience, with a mix of base and commission, and potential for increased pay. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

  • Performance bonuses

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Sales position is the primary sales role in the company. Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers in-home or in the showroom to understand their needs
  • Suggesting products and services that meet customer needs
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Measuring spaces for accurate pricing and ordering
  • Creating shop drawings for quotes/jobs
  • Developing and presenting professional quotes
  • Gathering relevant customer and job details
  • Communicating effectively with team members and vendors
  • Entering details into sales software promptly
  • Following up on pending quotes and post-installation satisfaction
  • Generating leads through various promotional activities
