Job summary

Under Deck Oasis is looking for an organized, computer-savvy support specialist to help turn customer ideas and sales opportunities into accurate quotes, organized documentation, and projects ready to move forward. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager, preparing estimates, organizing project information, handling documentation, and keeping important details from slipping through the cracks.

Over time, the right person will also have the opportunity to grow into light design and layout work

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Confident with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers, pricing, and detailed project information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and estimates for the sales department.
• Review project information for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain customer, project, and pricing information.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to obtain missing information.
• Keep quotes and project files organized and up to date.
• Assist with sales administrative and back-office tasks.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Learn and use SmartDraw for basic project layouts and design work.
• Take on additional design responsibilities as able.
