NB ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE MANUFACTURES, INC. is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee sales and estimating operations, create and review technical drawings, and ensure projects are accurately executed from concept through completion.

The role requires experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in TurboCAD. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery while developing strong long-term customer relationships and implementing

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotes
• Prepare and review cost estimates, technical drawings, and related documentation
• Create or modify detailed TurboCAD drawings for customer approval and production
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Track project progress and report on sales performance

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotes
• Prepare and review cost estimates, technical drawings, and related documentation
• Create or modify detailed TurboCAD drawings for customer approval and production
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, estimating, or manufacturing
• Proficient in TurboCAD (experience with other CAD software is a plus)

• Background in enclosure manufacturing, sheet metal, or fabrication preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing TurboCAD drawings
• Demonstrated success in customer communication, quoting, and project coordination
