Job summary

Plaintalentconnection is seeking a Sales & Estimating professional to manage client relations, support the estimating process, and ensure accurate, timely proposals for aluminum/metal fabrication and barn interior projects. You will read drawings, prepare estimates, and coordinate with production to align timelines and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current client base
• Assist Sales Team with Estimating and Followups
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on open quotes
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, site visits, and trade events
• Track sales activities and performance using (Zoho) CRM tools or internal systems
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for custom aluminum/metal fabrication & barn interior projects
• Work closely with the production team to ensure estimates are aligned with fabrication capabilities and timelines
• Generate detailed proposals, including scope of work, pricing, materials, and delivery schedules
• Adjust estimates as needed in response to changes in project scope or customer feedback
