Job summary

Metcalf Search, LLC is seeking a quotes-and-orders coordinator to turn inquiries into accurate quotes and orders by reading blueprints and specifications and coordinating with our shop and field teams.

You will handle counter, phone and email inquiries, prepare quotes quickly, process orders, manage accounts and follow up on open bids, ensuring timely solutions for customers and smooth project progress.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and the ability to handle constant requests without losing the details.
• Ability to read technical drawings and estimate material costs.
• Practical customer service and problem-solving skills by phone and email.
• Microsoft Office and ERP experience; Tekla proficiency a plus; steel or residential construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, manage existing accounts and follow up on open bids.
