Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites candidates to join the Sales, Engineering, and Leadership (SEAL) Program at the Milwaukee HQ. This fully onsite program blends engineering, sales and marketing experiences over six months, with mentors and peer cohorts that foster leadership and cross-functional skills.

Participants will rotate through product training, facility tours, and customer interactions, preparing them for future leadership roles within Regal Rexnord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Business, or Engineering.
• No prior experience in the industry is required.
• First 6 months in Milwaukee, WI; relocation within USA after SEAL program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and customers.
• Computer skills include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and travel 25–30%.
