Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and tailor existing solutions or build new demonstrations.
• Guide a small team of engineers to tailor LIGER to customer-specific mission needs and reuse existing capabilities where possible.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities with market and business development teams, assessing mission fit, sponsorship, funding, and deployment feasibility.
• Maintain a deep understanding of platform capabilities and guide solution development accordingly.
• Communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to customers clearly and compellingly.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to earn trust and enable long-term collaboration.
• Provide strategic input on product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Build relationships with mission owners and acquisition officials to identify new opportunities and expand deployments.
• Lead discovery with mission experts to translate workflows into pilots with measurable success criteria.
