Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team in Falls Church, VA. You will act as a Trusted Advisor, capturing requirements to drive the BizFlow M platform, and presenting demos to executives and teams.

The role demands strong IT knowledge, experience with web tech, and excellent communication. Partial telework is available with three days onsite in Falls Church. This is a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• BA experience minimum 3+ years.
• Experience with Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to develop strong relationships and negotiate consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented culture and teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply to customers’ business challenges.
• Capture, document, model business requirements and translate to POCs, user stories, specs.
• Present documentation, demos to customers and executives.
• Develop and deliver training content for BizFlow M platform.
• Represent stakeholders through planning, development, release.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/delivery on specs and designs.
• Translate technical complexities for stakeholders.
• Assist in test plan development and validation of delivery.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities.
