Job summary

Element Materials Technology seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge laboratory operations and commercial teams in Tempe or other listed locations. You will analyze customer testing requirements, develop technical solutions, create testing plans, and build competitive proposals to drive business growth.

You will review RFQs, assess feasibility, define scope, estimate resources, and collaborate with operations and business development to deliver accurate, cost-effective solutions and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a testing laboratory environment.
• Translate technical requirements into executable test programs.
• Experience with Dynamics Testing or EMI/EMC testing preferred.

In this role, you will analyze customer testing requirements, develop technical solutions, create testing plans, and build competitive proposals that help drive business growth. The position combines engineering expertise, customer-focused problem solving, and commercial decision-making.

We are hoping to fill this position in either Tempe AZ, Hillsboro OR, Bothell WA, Bloomington MN, Los Angeles CA or Chicagoland IL.

• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into executable test programs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
