Job summary

EXFO is seeking a field-focused Sales Support Engineer to help promote testing equipment to the network service provider market. You will represent EXFO at trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to train customers on product applications.

You will develop training curriculums, participate in field evaluations, and manage customer evaluations to ensure product approvals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or telecom service provider operations.
• Degree in Telecommunications or Optics.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support sales by promoting testing equipment to NSP market.
• Support at trade shows, conferences, and customer demos.
• Develop and deploy customer training with Sales Manager.
• Participate in field evaluations with customers.
• Manage customer evaluations with sales to secure product approval.
• Prepare and maintain demo materials and perform product demonstrations.
• Provide customized test plans and job aids.
• Advise product management on features based on customer needs.
