Beckhoff Automation is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our South regional team, focused on Central Texas territory. The Sales Engineer will leverage both technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive growth, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver innovative automation solutions. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring the Sales Engineer to be on-site at our Austin office for customer meetings, technical support, and team collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. This approach ensures strong customer engagement and effective teamwork, balanced with work-life flexibility.
This position requires varying travel ranging from 25-35% which may include day trips, overnight stays, and occasional extended travel depending on business needs. Travel may be local, regional, or national. All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
