Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Magnetic Components, remotely based in the USA with European responsibility. You will own technical sales across Europe, collaborating with OEMs and distributors to deliver customised magnetic solutions and drive revenue growth.

The role requires a background in magnetics and high-frequency electronics, with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and experience in sales or applications.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical, electronics, applications, or sales engineering within inductors, transformers, magnetics, or electronic components.
• Strong understanding of high-frequency electronics, magnetic materials, and component-level technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in sales, applications, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical sales and business development across the European market, working with OEMs, distributors, and existing customers.
• Travel ~25%, including approximately one week per month across Germany, Italy, and wider Europe for customer visits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Design and recommend customised magnetic solutions (inductors, transformers, components) for high-frequency applications in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.

The Role:

The Candidate:

• Background in electrical, electronics, applications, or sales engineering, within inductors, transformers, magnetics, or electronic components.
• Strong understanding of high-frequency electronics, magnetic materials, and component-level technology, with the ability to translate technical requirements into customer solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, with experience in sales, applications, or business development.
