Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required or preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in technical industrial sales/engineering.
• Ability to quickly learn about pumps, motors, mechanical seals, controls, and related accessories.
• Technical understanding of pump operation, performance, and application.
• Experience in interpreting specifications into a commercial offering.
• Knowledge of contract review and negotiation skills.
• Excellent technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotations aligned with pricing strategies and offer optimal engineered solutions.
• Act as a technical center of excellence for aftermarket pump and equipment product lines.
• Make recommendations to product engineering teams for design improvements.
• Work cross-functionally between projects, pumps, and parts.
• Manage multiple projects through quotation and technical clarification cycles.
