Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer (Power Transmission). This remote role is based in Louisiana and offers an OTE of $135,000–$160,000 (base $90,000–$105,000) plus commission, bonuses, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

You will own the territory, work with end users, distributors and OEMs, deliver technical presentations, develop tailored solutions, and travel to customer sites (50%+).

• 3+ years engineering/industrial sales experience.
• Engineering degree required.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
