Fontanesi and Kann Company, a subsidiary of Impact Climate Technologies, is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our Michigan and Northern Ohio footprint. You will build strong relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors while delivering technically sound HVAC solutions for commercial projects.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC equipment sales or system design and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Travel within the territory is required.

We are searching for a Sales Engineer to join our team and support continued growth across Michigan and Northern Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors while delivering thoughtful, technically sound HVAC solutions. The Sales Engineer will leverage their experience in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide customized solutions for commercial projects, collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to travel throughout the territory.
