Fives North American Combustion, Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX with remote work options. The role focuses on growing system sales with customers, managing relationships, and selling comprehensive combustion solutions across diverse industries.

Requires 1–3 years in industrial equipment sales, mechanical aptitude, and a bachelor's degree in engineering. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for development within a global industrial group.

Responsabilidades

• Grow system sales with customers while focusing on high-margin hardware and controls.
• Sell the value of the offering: combustion systems, products and services.
• Manage all aspects of the company’s relationships with customers in the territory.
• Design and sell thermal hardware solutions, process furnace revamps and aftermarkets.
• Analyze ways to optimize customers’ thermal processes for efficiency and emissions.

• SellingtheCustomeronthevalueofouroffering: combustionsystems,productsandservices. maximizingmarginwhereverpossible.
• Responsibleformanagingeveryaspectofthecompany’srelationshipsanddealingswitheveryCustomerintheirterritory.
• Overallresponsibilityforthedesignandsaleofthermalhardwaresolutions,processfurnacerevampsandaftermarketsalesacrossawidevarietyofindustries.
• AnalyzeandrecommendwaysinwhichCustomerscanoptimizetheirthermalprocesseswithrespecttoefficiency,temperatureuniformity,emissionsandstaffing-strivetobecometheCustomers'TrustedAdvisor.
• Willspeak,probe,andsellintermsofProfitImprovement,ROI,andPayback–CostoftheProblem.
• SpeakstotheCustomer'sissuesacrossalllevelsoftheCastofCharacters.
• ReportstoMarketingonchangesortrendsinthefieldaffectingcompanyproductsandservices.
• Possessesandcontinuouslylearnsthermalprocessapplicationexpertiseacrossourbroadspectrumofmarketsandapplications.
• Ensure our Complex Sales Process is followed, when appropriate, to expand the cast of characters, accurately identify customer drivers, statement of need, cost of problem, project risks and competitive solutions to best leverage our differential advantages on the opportunity.
