What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on advanced selling skills, customer engagement strategies, product knowledge, and sales funnel optimization
- Develop measurable, outcome-oriented enablement content in various formats, including eLearning and live instructor-led training
- Manage a repository of training content and oversee the development of knowledge checks and tests within the LMS
- Create impactful presentations and workshops for annual sales meetings to enhance team effectiveness
- Iterate and expand the onboarding program for all new commercial hires to ensure seamless integration into the sales organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biology, education, business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training, enablement, or learning and development within a corporate commercial or sales environment
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for sales teams in B2B or complex sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement technology, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to travel up to 30%
