Job description

This is a hybrid role and will be based at either our headquarters in Solon, OH or in Atlanta, GA.

MRI Software is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to serve as the operational core of our global Sales Enablement function. This role owns three equally important areas: the tools and training that help quota carriers work more effectively, the operations and governance systems that keep enablement running with consistency and scale, and the analytics and AI capabilities that drive inspection, accountability, and smarter decision-making across the sales org.

This is one of three pillars within the enablement org, alongside Field Enablement and Onboarding & Readiness. Where Field Enablement focuses on manager coaching in the field, and Onboarding & Readiness owns onboarding, curriculum and learning design, and skill development, this role owns the infrastructure those programs run on. That includes how enablement work enters the system, how content is governed and findable, how adoption is measured and acted on, and how AI can extend what a lean team is capable of delivering.

The right candidate thinks in systems, not tasks. They are as comfortable building a dashboard that surfaces inspection data for a sales leader as they are running a tool training session for a new hire class. They are curious about AI, not intimidated by it, and they look for opportunities to automate, streamline, or scale things that would otherwise require manual effort. They understand that operational excellence is not a back‑office function. It is what makes everything else in enablement possible.

You Will:
Tools & Training
  • Own end-to-end tool training for the sales org, covering Seismic, SalesLoft, and Salesforce, for both new hires and the established team
  • Design and deliver training that focuses on how quota carriers should use these tools in the context of real deals, not just feature walkthroughs
  • Build and maintain ongoing enablement as platforms evolve, new capabilities roll out, or adoption gaps emerge
  • Serve as the field-facing subject matter expert for the enablement tech stack, the person reps and managers go to when they need guidance on how a tool should work for them
  • Partner with Field Enablement to establish manager reinforcement loops that drive accountability for tool adoption after training is delivered
  • Evaluate and operationalize digital adoption platforms to deliver in-app walkthroughs and process guides in the flow of work
Operations & Governance
  • Own the enablement intake and governance workflow, ensuring requests are evaluated against clear criteria before work begins
  • Maintain the Seismic content governance model, including tag and information architecture, naming conventions, and content profiles aligned to deal stage
  • Conduct regular content audits for accuracy, relevance, and tag compliance, coordinating updates with content owners across sales, marketing, and product
  • Own AI‑assisted content curation workflows, using available tools to maintain a content library that stays current without requiring disproportionate manual effort
  • Build and maintain process documentation for revenue‑critical workflows across the enablement tech stack
  • Work with RevOps and SalesOps on platform rollouts or configuration changes, translating technical updates into rep‑ready training and communication
Analytics & AI
  • Own enablement‑side reporting and dashboards, including tool adoption, content usage, training completion, and program health
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure enablement data integrates into existing reporting infrastructure and connects to pipeline and deal outcomes where possible
  • Identify adoption gaps through usage data and manager feedback, and develop targeted enablement to close them
  • Actively explore and pilot AI‑assisted approaches to content creation, curation, and operational workflows, building toward a model where AI extends the team’s capacity rather than adding to its workload
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to sales enablement and bring forward‑looking recommendations to the VP of Global Sales Enablement
You Have:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales technology, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with Seismic, or at least one sales or enablement platform (Salesforce, SalesLoft, an LMS, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to train or enable others on tools or processes, whether in a formal or informal capacity
  • Comfort working with data and reporting tools to build dashboards or summarize adoption and program health
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in managing content, systems, and governance workflows
  • Self‑directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and communicate status proactively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and facilitate to sales audiences
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve the way work gets done
Preferred
  • Experience with Seismic, including content tagging, governance, or analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce at the reporting or user level, with comfort navigating objects and data fields
  • Experience with or strong interest in digital adoption platforms
  • Exposure to a global sales organization across multiple regions or product segments
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or another enterprise sales qualification framework
  • Experience with Cornerstone or another enterprise LMS
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve content, reporting, or operational workflows
