Job summary

NAVEX is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to support planning, coordinating, and executing sales training, onboarding, and enablement programs. You’ll manage logistics for activities across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, ensure up-to-date content across platforms, and help create resources that empower sellers to perform at their best.

You will partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Product Management to drive coaching, analytics, and improvements,

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, program coordination, sales/revenue operations, marketing, communications, or related function.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, and large-scale sales events involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop presentations and facilitate sessions, and to create, organize, or maintain professional content through collaborative review.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to track and report sales metrics and data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales technologies: Salesforce, Mindtickle, Highspot, Groove and/or Clari would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of sales training, onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Manage logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning events, including schedules, communications, registration, materials, technology, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Maintain sales learning and enablement content across platforms and repositories, coordinating creation, review, updating, publishing, and retirement of resources.
  • Support development of presentations, playbooks, job aids, quick-reference guides, communications and other seller resources.
  • Support ongoing learning reinforcement through communications, reminders, microlearning resources and manager enablement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to curate and organize content.
  • Assist with LMS administration, learning assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and learner support.
  • Track program participation, completion, feedback, and other enablement metrics.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and program updates for Sales Enablement leadership.
  • Support surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to identify opportunities to improve the seller experience.
  • Help manage enablement calendars, project plans, and communications.
  • Provide responsive support to sales leaders and sellers regarding learning and enablement resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve enablement processes, systems, and operational efficiency.

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the delivery and execution of programs, content, and resources that help sales teams perform effectively. This role works closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate enablement programs, maintain learning content and enablement assets, drive communications, and deliver coaching.

What you’ll do:
