The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales technology ecosystem that powers the revenue organization. This role serves as the primary administrator and business partner for Salesforce and other sales productivity platforms, including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and future sales technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about both technology and sales process optimization. They will help maintain system integrity, improve user adoption, support automation initiatives, and identify opportunities to increase sales productivity through smarter processes and technology. Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and IT, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring sales teams have the tools, data, and workflows needed to succeed in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. This position reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.
The pay range for this opportunity is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Employees are eligible to purchase company stock at a discounted rate.
