The Market Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a team of Account Executives and Representatives within a defined geographic market. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is a key member of the market leadership team. The Market Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, enhance customer relationships, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $50 million.
This role has direct supervisory responsibilities
Minimum 4 Year / bachelor’s degree In Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 Sales leadership experience, preferably in a fieldbased environment.
$109,830.00 – $164,850.00 / year
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
