Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Sales Enablement Content Designer to translate commercial strategies into polished materials. The role blends graphic and presentation design with content development to support go-to-market initiatives, executive communications, and internal sales learning programs.

Responsibilities include creating templates, battlecards, and learn assets, while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across stakeholder groups. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years in graphic design, presentation design, or content development.
• Portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design sales enablement content aligned to Commercial priorities, including presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, job aids, guides, templates, and seller resources.
• Develop executive presentations for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team, transforming storylines, data, and drafts into polished, leadership-ready materials.
• Create sales and internal communication assets, including in-email graphics, banners, campaign visuals, infographics, and launch materials.
• Build learning content and visuals for onboarding, SalesU, microlearning, facilitator-led sessions, and other Sales learning experiences.
• Translate complex business concepts, processes, data, and value propositions into accessible visual stories for seller and leadership audiences.
