Job summary

Stryker in Mahwah, NJ seeks an experienced administrative professional to support the business unit and its leadership. You will manage communications, plan meetings, coordinate travel, and maintain client and expense files while delivering timely reports.

• Order or copy documents for distribution to unit members.
• Support Sales Training programs, including logistics and follow-up.
• Provide Medical Education support, including event logistics and travel.

• Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales, and deliver reports appropriately
• Prepare various reports by collecting and collaborating information from various functions
• Order or copy documents for distribution to the members of the business unit
• Participate/facilitate trainings pertinent to the business unit
• Manage updates to contact information of members within the business unit
• Implement and manage project ideas conceptualized by leaders of the business unit
• Support Sales Training programs, including class logistics, attendee communications, materials and post-course follow-up
• Provide Medical Education support as needed, including course logistics, travel coordination and event execution

Required -

What you need -

• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide support to departmental executives and executives across the division
• Ability to travel 5-6 times per year
• Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; be detailed oriented

Preferred -

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
• Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and to routinely handle confidential information

$38.31 - $53.86 USD Hourly
